Who do some coaches / leaders (managers) achieve so much with and through their employees / teams? It starts with how they recruit and builds from there. Objectivity is key, clarity keeps the expressed goals / job needs and the employees role in focus, and measurement of their progress allows for tenure to be built, or not. Turnover is NOT a bad thing, good coaches / leaders (managers) know this and benefit from a rigorous recruitment practice that builds and supports a vibrant culture. If you want success, built it. Call me if you like.
